Returns
No Change of Mind Returns: Please note, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. We only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@newatraders.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defect, damage, or receive the wrong item. This helps us evaluate and promptly address the issue.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (following the return instructions above) and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
